Spirit Journal respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information.
Spirit Journal is designed to store your journal entries locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal information to the developer or third parties.
Journal entries you create, edit, search, sort, and delete are stored locally on your device using the app’s local database. This information is not sent to our servers.
Spirit Journal allows you to create and restore backups in JSON format. These backups are created only when you choose to export them and are stored in a location you select. Restoring from a backup only occurs when you choose a backup file to import.
Spirit Journal does not share your personal data with third parties.
Spirit Journal does not use advertising services and does not use the Advertising ID.
Spirit Journal does not use third-party analytics or crash reporting services.
Because Spirit Journal stores data locally on your device, you are responsible for protecting access to your device and any backup files you export.
You can edit or delete journal entries at any time within the app. You can also delete backup files that you created. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored app data, subject to your device and Android system behavior.
Spirit Journal is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted at the same location where this policy is published.
